In the photo above you can see a path going down the hill, to the right of the river. That's the path we drove up in the marshutka (minibus)! In the distance you can see the small dots of houses. There are even more houses up this road, including the one we went to supra (lunch).

Are the houses summer homes? You gotta be tough to live on slopes like that. Surely it wouldn't be possible in the winter.

It is funny that Olegi still has that hat. I remember that Meredith had to wear it on the plane and all the way across Turkey as it was impossible to pack!

Yes, they are summer houses. The road is snowed in during the winter.

Yes, Olegi has kept all the stuff Aaron and your family gifted or left! So nice and appreciative!
