T-Brick Shed: Sixth Course

Image
My Mom forbade me from doing any work on the shed Christmas day. She didn't say anything about Boxing day though. I finished off the last of the dirt pile and made it about half way through the sixth course. Almost half way through the sixth course. Checking level. The fourth course was the last full course using lime. I'll now only use lime around the windows. The fifth course blocks I made yesterday were a little dry. Took some time out from shed building to help Paul set up a volleyball/badminton net for the Christmas day festivities The poles were a little flimsy. Luckily, our parent's house is abundant with useful odds and ends. We found couple of metal ...

Once a year on the first weekend of December we celebrate all things Buda like... The rail road! If it weren't for the rail road Buda would have never come into being. Parades! Mobile Polka bands! Cute dogs! Old cars! Small ponies! Longhorn hood ornaments! Carnival rides! Piggy back rides! Turkey legs! Straw bales! Shopping with Mother-in-laws! Playing on the rail road tracks!
